Congratulations to all the winners and finishers of the 3rd and final leg of the Powerade Philippine Duathlon Open!

The 10k-40k-5k standard distance proved to be a super tough distance for all the participants. The brutal uphill portions of the bike route didn’t help ease the pain either! There was a very long uphill portion but upon reaching the turn around, you’ll be gifted with a very long and fast downhill. It’s too bad there were sections where athletes have to slow down because of the humps at the guard station.

It was a very well organized event all in all. There were marshalls all over the place to control the traffic and guide the racers. Most important of all, the event never ran out of drinks!

Any news about the guy who passed out at the 10k run? Hope is well with you man and SWIMBIKERUN.ph wishes you a speedy recovery.
