SBR.ph Shoe Drive 2012 | For The Benefit of Saint Jaime Hilario – La Salle School for the Poor in Bataan

It’s time to RACE, GIVE back, and INSPIRE! Visit the SBR.ph Booth at the Century Tuna Animo Sprint Triathlon and be part of the annual SBR.ph Shoe Drive!

A big thank you to TRAP and the organizers of the Animo Tri for this opportunity. Charity work is a huge part of SBR.ph and we’re really happy that we got the chance to do it again this year.

If you have old shoes that you’re not using anymore, donate it to us. We will also accept old race singlets and event shirts

Our chosen beneficiary this year is also the main beneficiary of the race, The Saint Jaime Hilario – La Salle School for the Poor in Bataan.

Aside from shoes, you may also donate your old singlets or event shirts. Used is no problem, just as long as it’s still very much usable and not worn out. :)

  • Shoes must STILL be in a stable/usable condition. Also, please clean them? :)
  • Any shoe type is welcome but given the nature of the shoe drive,  sports/running/cross training shoes is preferred. Ladies you can leave your stilettos at home.
  • We will accept all shoe sizes. Don’t worry if it’s too big or too small.

Race. Give. Inspire.

Why Race. Give. Inspire?

Race. Because as we continue to race, our shoes will eventually wear out. What may no longer be useful for you will still be very much useful to other people.

Give. Because we want to encourage everyone to give and donate their old used shoes and race singlets.

Inspire. Because not only do you give the less fortunate the proper gear to run, you will also inspire them to live a more positive life by living a healthier lifestyle.

See you guys at the race!

If you have any questions about the event, please don’t hesitate to contact the admin at 0917-2554111 or email us at admin@swimbikerun.ph

A triathlete making a comeback and a true blue Scorpio. That sums it up quite nicely :)
