Distances :
Standard : 10k run 1, 40km bike, 5km run. (Elite Open, Asian Elite, Under 23, and Age Group)
Sprint : 5km run 1, 20km bike, 2.5km run 2. (Junior Elite and Age Group)
Mini Sprint : 2.5km run 1, 10km bike, 2.5km run 2. (13-15 years old)
Course Description :
Run Course (1):
Run course will be on the cement/asphalt road network of the Subic Bay Central Business District along Canal Rd and Burgos St. A loop is 2.5k long. The course is flat.
Bike Course:
The bike course will use the well paved roads of Subic Bay Freeport starting at Remy Field then running along Rizal Ave, Maritan Rd, Argonaut Hi-Way, National Container Terminal (NCT) Rd. with a U-turn at the NCT Parking Lot and then back for a loop of 20k. SD will do 2 loops, the Sprint 1 loop. The Mini Sprint U-turn will be at the 5k point of the bike course.
