Here are some comments about the race from our SBR.ph Community Forum!

“Great race: challenging uphill, flats were hot and windy, aid stations overflowing with water and Gatorade, Coach Ani and Dan encouraged athletes handing out drinks during the run. Will do this again next year!”

“I’ll have to thank specially Raul Cuevas for a still awesome race. Last year he helped me get a medic to tend my wounds on the finish line, this year he gave me a push, literally, to get uphill. You would never really feel the joy I’ve felt when I reach the top, both going out and going back the event. It put a tear in my eye when I reached the top considering last year I had a nasty crash and now I have a fear of uphills.

To coach Ani and Dan Brown for that help in the aid stations. You’d never felt better when coach Ani will pour ice cold water on a very hot run.

Next year sasali ulit ako!”

A triathlete making a comeback and a true blue Scorpio. That sums it up quite nicely :)
