GSF has devoted itself to helping special needs children, especially those with cleft lip and palate and are vision-and-hearing-impaired. We have been working with institutions and organizations such as Smile Train, Philippine General Hospital, Malvar General Hospital, Operation Rainbow Australia Ltd. (ORAL), Parent Advocates for Visually Impaired Children (PAVIC), Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., Philippine School for the Deaf and Philippine Ear Institute.

We also have regular activities and programs aimed at reaching out to indigent children, such as the Daanghari Barefoot Running Kids and Marillac Hills girls, and helping them realize and develop their full potential.
