Please be reminded of the following important points:
Breakfast Venues
Tides, our all-day dining venue, is currently under renovation. For guests staying in the Resort, breakfast is served at the Mactan Ballroom (Main Wing, garden level) and Acqua Restaurant (Ocean Wing, ground level) from 6:00 am – 10:30 am. On race day, Sunday, August 3, breakfast at the Mactan Ballroom will be open as early as 4:00 am.
Resort Entrance on Race Day for non-in house guests
The Resort’s main entrance will be closed for vehicle and pedestrian access from 12:01 am – 3:30 am on Sunday, August 3. The Main Gate will be open for access to the transition area starting 4:00 am.
Parking
There will be no available parking space in the Resort from Friday, August 1 to Monday, August 4. Parking spaces will be available at the designated area outside.
Day in Paradise Package for non-in house guests
We are offering the following day-use packages with access to the Resort facilities (Swimming pool and beach) from Thursday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2. Please approach our Restaurant Reservation Desk at the Main Lobby:
- With buffet lunch – PHP 4,000 net per person
- Without lunch – PHP 2,000 net per person
*kids aged 11 years and below enjoy savings of 50%
Access to Resort Facilities on Race Day for non-in house guests
Only in-house guest will have access to the Resort facilities on race day, Sunday, August 3. Guests staying in other hotels/resorts may still dine in our Food and Beverage Restaurants.
Swim Start Viewing Area
There will be no available viewing area for the swim start inside the Resort for non-in house guest. Bleacher seating for spectators and companions of athletes has been provided by the organizers. This is located at the transition area at Portifino Beach Resort. Guest will have a chance to partially view the swim leg and the swim-bike transition from this space.
Late Checkout
Standard checkout time is at 12:00 noon. Late checkout requests will be until 5:00 pm only with a corresponding fee PHP 3,500 net. Requests beyond 5:00 pm will be charged the full overnight rate.
