This is it, Duathletes! Get ready for the BIGGEST duathlon event of the year! The Powerman Duathlon Pilipinas World Series is happening on December 3-4, 2016 at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga! This event is a 10km Run-60km Bike-10km Run and is a qualifier for the Powerman World Championships in Zonfingen, Switzerland.

POWER TRAINING

TRAINING PROGRAM

The 24×24 Power Training Program is a 24 week indoor training plan designed by 2x Powerman champion Gael Le Bellec to transform individuals into race-ready Powermans! The program is composed of Indoor Run, Indoor Bike, Core and Weights Training designed to help you conquer not just 1 but 2 international duathlons this year– the Anytime Fitness Powerman PH Asian Invitational set on November 20, 2016 followed by The Powerman PH World Series in Clark, Pampanga, on December 3-4, 2016!

In partnership with Anytime Fitness, the training program will be available 24/7 for Powerman registrants via direct emailer, ideally to be performed at Anytime Fitness gyms. The 24×24 program includes monthly activation events to be held at select Anytime Fitness gyms and locations.
