- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments madeย AFTER November 5, 2018ย willย NOTย be entertained.
- Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register.ย You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.

Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.
10+1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR OFF- ROAD DUATHLON INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY
- E-mail toย [email protected]ย should include the ff:
- List of ten (10) of your online registered teammates
- Full name and e-mail of your 11th member
- Once verified, an online registration code will be sent for the 11th member
- 11th member may use that code to register online for free
REGISTRATION REMINDERS
- Deadline for registration isย November 5, 2018ย or until slots last
- Registration fees are non-transferable. Your race bib cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual. Both athletes caught competing under someone else’s registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining any Bike King races for a minimum period of two (2) years, at the sole discretion of Bike King.
- Relay teams may change their relay team members once(only one member may be changed), for a nominal fee of P1,000. Deadline to change members including shirt size is onย October 15. Between October 16 and November 5, 2018ย you may still change your member once, for the same amount, but the shirt size will no longer be changed.
- If you are unable to participate, for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race give-aways.

- Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office, email:ย [email protected]
- It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
- Any requests received on or beforeย October 31, 2018ย will be eligible for an 50% refund.
- Any requests received betweenย Nov 1 to 5, 2018ย will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances

- All Male Relay Team: Top 3
- All Female Relay Team: Top 3
- Mixed Relay Team: Top 3
- MTB XC RACE:
- Male Age Group (18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-above)
- Female Age Group (18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-above)
TEAM COMPETITION (OFF ROAD DUATHLON INDIVIDUAL DISTANCE ONLY)
- Athletes must enter their Team affiliation upon registration. The time of the team will be the accumulated time of the top 5 members of the team with a minimum of 1 Female athlete.
AWARD/ PRIZES
- All Top 3 Male/ Female Category winners will receive TROPHIES.
- Top 3 Team Competition winners will receive one trophy per team
- Top 3 relay team members will receive a trophy each.
