4:00 am – the start of the 200km ride (Mango Valley 1)

7:35 am – 1st checkpoint cut-off time (Fuel Max Gas Station in Cabangan)

10:58 am – 2nd checkpoint cut-off time (Total Gas Station in Masinloc)

2:21 pm – 3rd checkpoint cut-off time (Fuel Max Gas Station in Cabangan)

5:30 pm – close of the 200km Audax Ride

Registration fees

• Early Bird Registration until March 22: Php 800.00
• Regular and Onsite Registration: Php 1,000.00

Registration Options

1) Online Registration through the Audax.ph Website.  Should you wish to pay via bank deposit, please do so within 3 working days upon submitting your online registration.  Else, your online registration will be deleted.

2) Manual Registration Steps: Download and accomplish the Audax Registration Form.

Deposit the registration fee to BPI Acct #: 0420-0304-28, Account Name: Carmela Patricia S. Pearson, OR or to Metrobank 007-32300964-0, Account Name: Carmela Patricia S. Pearson.  For those who want to pay using the BPI App, you may use the Audax BPI QR Code to avoid the service fee. Medal payment is optional and is priced at Php 850. All medals are imported from France and are standard across all official Audax countries. Audax Randonneurs Philippines have decided not to include this in the registration fee so as not to burden the participants. Email the accomplished registration form and payment confirmation (deposit slip or transfer screenshot) to [email protected] and wait for confirmation. Confirmation should be sent within 2 working days. If you don’t receive any confirmation, please send a follow-up message.

March 27: 4-8pm at Mango Valley 1 Hotel

March 28: 2:30-4am at Mango Valley 1 Hotel

1) Accreditation. of your ride with Audax Club Parisien

2) Drinks at certain control points

3) Audax multi-purpose neck gaiter (only for those who before March 27)

4) Post-ride meal

5) The joy and pain of long-distance cycling *wink*

Registration Refund Clause

Transfer of registration and registration fee refunds will only be entertained until March 22, 5PM only.  No registration refund after March 22, 5pm.

Medal refunds for riders who don’t finish the ride will be entertained even beyond March 22.  Those participants should inform the organisers accordingly.  Do not expect the organisers to chase these individuals one by one.
