Getting Back in the Game with Enervon Activ

It’s no secret that I want reload, train like hell, and attack the 2013 multisport season as hard as I can. After my bout with anemia this year, I had to take things slowly and refocus on how I approach training and racing. Gone are the days when I’ll just get out of the door and punish myself to exhaustion.

There’s nothing tougher than training for triathlons and endurance events. To finish a standard 70.3 distance, a basic triathlon program will make you swim, bike, and run for at least 4x a week each/for every discipline. Depending on the level of the athlete, that’s roughly 8-13 hours of training load per week!

It gets tougher when you mix in your work, family, and personal life. As exciting it is to be an age-group athlete, balancing everything can be quite tricky if you don’t know what you’re doing.

As you put in more training hours, there will come a time when your body will just shutdown and scream at you to take a break. Sports fatigue and multisport athletes are probably the worst combination of them all. Triathletes have such a high tolerance for pain that we’ll most likely just ignore sports fatigue and move on with our training. I should know, that’s why I got sick. :)

Not anymore.

Aside from proper rest, nutrition is also key if you want to keep on training and racing in the highest level. I got to sample the newest multivitamin out in the market today which promises to combat sports fatigue and keep us fueled for our grueling training sessions.

Check out the video below!

Naturally, I got curious after watching the video and tried latest multivitamin from Enervon called Enervon Activ. Hey, if it’s good enough for the athletes in video, it should be more than enough for me right?

A quick look at the packaging will reveal that it’s loaded with the essential vitamins and minerals that our body needs to keep us fueled and ready to go. It also has Panax and Ginseng, which supports our body’s energy reserves and increases our alertness. Royal Jelly is also there to further decrease fatigue and increase our oxygen consumption.

So for the most important question of all, does it work?? Well, there’s only one way to find out.

I used Enervon Activ 3 days before and during the entire 2012 Manila Invitational Underwater Hockey Tournament wherein we played a minimum of 5 intense underwater hockey games in 3 nights! And the result?

I became a champion and helped my team bring home the gold! :) So I guess it works :) Felt strong and energized all throughout the tournament!

Not a bad start for my 2013 multisport season campaign :)
