No longer do runners have to choose between the comfort of cushioning and the responsiveness of a lightweight shoe. Now, you can find all those qualities in a single pair of adidas BOOST™

The reason? adidas BOOST™ team’s up with BASF, the world’s leading chemical company,  to create what might be, the cushioning solution that would replace the all-too-common EVA foam found in most running shoes today.

Durability is the name of the game when it comes to the highly coveted BOOST™ system. From +40 degrees down to -20 degrees Celsius, research by the adidas Innovation Team (aIT) shows that the BOOST™ foam is far more durable and temperature resistant than the EVA material found in most shoes. The result is a more stable and consistent shoe which is sure to last you for a very long time.

For runners who needs stability, the highly durable elastic polyurethane of the adidas Techfit features powerbands across the upper mesh which provides the much needed support and foot stabilization. The sock-like fit of the breathable upper mesh also allows moisture vapor to be transmitted through the material.

Also found in adidas Adizero’s, our favorite part is the extended TORSION® system from heel to toe which greatly reduces pronation for more stability. This is perfect for flat footed runners who are looking for a lighter alternative to motion control shoes.
