  • List of ten (10) of your online registered teammates/ group
  • Full name, e-mail and distance your 11th member is joining
• Once verified, an online registration code will be sent for the 11th member
• 11th member may use that code to register online for free
  • ONLY Basic Registration fee will be waived.
  • 11th member must pay for the add-ons he/she will avail.

REGISTRATION REMINDERS:

• You may registration online from April 22 to July 30, 2020 by clicking on http://bikekingphilippines.com/ . Registration fees may be paid online via credit or debit cards or via bank deposit.
• TO PAY VIA BANK DEPOSIT:
  • All Athletes who will pay thru bank deposit must specify what Event Merchandise Add-ons they want to avail (on top of the 1,575.00 Basic fees) or they will only pay for the Basic Reg Fee
  • Deposit correct Total Reg Fee (Basic Reg Fee + Add-ons) amount to RUN BIKE SWIM INC. BDO SA 008170005057
  • Email copy of your deposit slip and indicate the Category you are joining (Individual or Relay) ASAP to: [email protected]
  • It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
  • Registrant must only deposit his/her payment before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER July 20, 2020 will NOT be entertained.
  • Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.

  • Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.

• Deadline for registration is July 30, 2020 or until slots last
• Registration fees are non-transferable. Your race bib cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual. Both athletes caught competing under someone else’s registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining any Bike King races for a minimum period of two (2) years, at the sole discretion of Bike King.
• If you are unable to participate, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race give aways.
• Refund Policy:
  • Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office, email: [email protected]
  • It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
    • Any requests received on or before May 15, 2020 will be eligible for an 80% refund.
    • Any requests received between May 16 and July 15, 2020 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Any requests received after July 15, 2020 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
  • If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 calendar days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another email to [email protected].
