Assumptions
The ironguides 8-week Sprint Triathlon Training Plan assumes that the participant can accomplish the following:
Beginner
SWIM: Complete 50m of swimming using any stroke without stopping.
CYCLING: Complete 30 minutes of cycling without stopping.
RUN: Complete an easy 15-minute jog without stopping.
Intermediate
SWIM: Complete 100m of swimming using any stroke without stopping.
CYCLING: Complete 45 minutes of cycling without stopping.
RUN: Complete an easy 30-minute jog without stopping.
