SBR.ph Multisport Shop (SBR.ph Shop) offers FREE shipping nationwide within the Philippines for orders Php 3,500* and above.

SBR.ph Shop is committed to offering low shipping rates for orders below Php 3,500*:

Metro Manila – Php 150**
Outside Metro Manila – Php 150**

*Large/heavy/bulk items may incur a shipping charge. This will be indicated on the product page and will be calculated for you during checkout.

**Products beyond the deliverable size of 12×20 parcel size packaging will be subjected to an added shipping fees.

LOCATIONS/COVERAGE

SBR.ph Shop delivers nationwide within the Philippines via our partner couriers. We can also facilitate orders worldwide but will be subject to a computed shipping fee.

Locations outside of the coverage area of our logistics partner will be subjected to additional shipping computation.

DURATION

For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 5 business days upon finalizing the full payment. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 5-10 business days.

RETURNS

Requirements for a valid return

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • It is within fourteen(14) days from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the product description
  • The item is in NEW condition
  • The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
  • If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned
  • Items on sale are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. We suggest that the customer requests to view the products first before continuing with the purchase.
  • All sale items sold are considered as final.

Note: All returned items not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our return form will be automatically declined and sent back

HOW TO RETURN

Bring the package to your preferred courier together with a completed return form. You may track your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you. We are currently working on adding other couriers to our list.

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, if 14 days have elapsed since the delivery date, please contact the manufacturer or any authorized service center directly. Please do not send the item back to SBR.ph Shop.

HOW RETURNS ARE PROCESSED

We will notify you once we have received your return. We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days and notify you that we are processing your refund or replacement. If a return is invalid, we will notify you as well and send the item back to you.

Reasons for returns

When selecting the reason for return, please be guided by the following table:

Damaged Damaged upon delivery
Defective Does not work according to manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong item Not the product the customer ordered (includes wrong size and wrong color)
Missing items/parts Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
Does not fit Received the size that was ordered but does not fit
Website error Item does not match website specifications, description, or image, and issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation
Not as expected/Unsatisfactory Because of the reasons indicated above.

Items that cannot be returned

We will not accept returns for any of the following product types:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Skincare

Specific Requirements for Returns by Product Type

The following product types may only be returned if they meet the requirements in the following table:

Sports items (bikes parts and accessories, swim gear, run gear, nutrition and hydration products) Unopened box/packaging, still in plastic wrap, seal intact
Shoes, Apparel Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

REFUNDS 

Refund Methods

The refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your return and sent you a notification. To process your refund more quickly, you have the option to request a refund via gift voucher/store credit. Otherwise, you will be refunded according to the following table:

For bank transfers, please make sure you indicate bank deposit as your preference and supply the required information.
