One Tri Team is comprised of top amateurs and competitive executives of all ages and backgrounds with a penchant for personal excellence in triathlon and other sports. One Tri Team is the brainchild of two seasoned coaches, Jay Sales and Bernie Cavida, co-founders of the Sundown Training Systems, a system that optimizes effort, creates opportunities to achieve personal athletic goals and promotes excellence in multisport.
