TEAM COBRA–Philippine Dragon Boat Federation scored their first gold in the event where they never dominated before in the 10th IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships” happening in Tampa Bay, Florida, USA. Known more as sprint kings of dragon boat, the Pinoy Paddlers held off the competition brought in by Australia, Hungary, Italy and Trinidad and Tobago. Japan withdrew from the competition at the last minute.
