Ironman 70.3 Philippines Racer’s Guide

Hey everyone! Ironman 70.3 Camsur Phil is just around the corner!

Beyond Transition, in cooperation with SWIMBIKERUN.ph, has teamed up to bring you this unique racer’s guide!

This guide will give you a detailed breakdown of the course and more importantly the best ways to approach each part of the swim, bike and run. At each stage you will get useful advice of what to expect along with maps and elevation profile.

Here’s a short excerpt…

Pace-wise, Magali says, “In the swim, the heat is not really a factor. Athletes should expect the water to be warmer than it usually is in a race but I remember putting in a good effort and still feeling good on the way to the bike. So for a competitive approach, it is possible NOT TO HOLD BACK IN THE SWIM as it is the only part of the race where the heat won’t be as bad so it is good to shave off some time on the swim at no risk.”

Written by Beyond Transition’s Arif  Sidek and with great contributions from SWIMBIKERUN.ph and Pro Triathlete Magali Tisseyre (yup! the 2011 Ironman 70.3 Philippines Womens Champion!), this guide will help you race smarter and faster – taking you minutes and seconds closer to your Personal Best.

To take advantage of this offer and fill in the form below and we’ll email you your personal download link.

Have a brilliant triathlon at Ironman 70.3 Camsur. Good luck!

A triathlete making a comeback and a true blue Scorpio. That sums it up quite nicely :)
