A debate has been going on at the SWIMBIKERUN.ph Community Forum as to whether or not, a road bike will be more beneficial than a road bike in SuBIT. Now with the IDESS loop gone, it is now safe to say that advantage goes bike to the tri bike. IT’S HAMMER TIME.

Something to consider :
- With the heat, consider using a regular helmet :). As what teamTBB coach Brett Sutton always says, “you may end up going a minute faster on the bike (because of an aero helmet), but lose more on the run because you cooked your head”
From Coach Rick
