MultiSport 101 Camp 2013 | Biking Leg

The third year of MultiSport 101 Camp 2013 kicked off with its running leg on May 25, 2013 at the Bonifacio High Street Activitiy Area. Participants got a first hand experience of what it is like to train under Coach Michelle Estuar and Coach Titus Salazar for running basics.

The two coaches focused on specific areas which are the proper running form headed by Coach Titus and Coach Michelle Estuar on strengthening the muscles used for running. Joining them are the members of the Philippine Dragon Boat Team who helped Coach Michelle demonstrate the basic skills runners need to work on such as speed, strength, power and stamina.

Over 200 MultiSport subscribers showed their enthusiasm to be part of this free event as one of their perks for being a MultiSport subscriber. The second MultiSport Camp (BIKING) will be on June 29, 2013 in Bonifacio High Street Activity Center with Coach Jay Valencia and Coach Patrick Joson.
