Canon Image Runner Off-Road Duathlon | Race Info | Registration
From the road to the trails, it’s time for the Canon Image Runner Off-Road Duathlon 2013! A 6k run, 25k bike, and 3.5k run on the scenic route of La Mesa Forest Reserve! See you guys there! The best part about this race? Part of the proceeds is for the benefit of La Mesa Forest Reserve.

hi everyone!to answer the question that is on everyone’s mind: will the event push through? and the answer is “yes, rain or shine, muddy or muddier, it’s a go!” UNLESS, we will be advised by la mesa forest reserve as to the condition of the trails whether to push through or postpone to a later date. we will notify everyone of this asap. also, check for this announcement at swimbikerun.ph.official start list in the attachment. please inform me if you know of someone who signed up but his/her name is not reflected in the list.
timing chips will be distributed at the race site, so please come early!
all unclaimed race packets in the bike shops will be collected by saturday, oct. 12, lunchtime. these will be available on race day.
course, venue map and transition flow chart are also in the attachment. 1 loop for the first run, 2 loops for the bike and 1 loop for the second run.water stations in the run course, transition area, and the finish line, none along the bike course. this is a green event, no cups will be used, so please make sure to have your hydration system on you. on the same note, please do not litter your energy bar and gel wrappers!
there is a tree-planting activity before the awarding of the winners. we highly encourage everyone to take part and keep our beloved forest reserve green and healthy!
