MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN BATANGAS TOURISM ECOLOGICAL FEE
A Tourism Ecological fee will be enforced to all tourists, visitors, guests, mountaineers and beach comers of San Juan Batangas. The amount of PHP 20.00 will be collected by designated and authorized collectors at the Tourist Reception Area at Talahiban 2nd, San Juan Batangas
Tourists on board private cars who do not stop at the reception area shall pay their ecological fee at the resort they will stay in.

CLOSURE OF PLAYA LAIYA ON JULY 2-4, 2014 (Wednesday to Friday)
Playa Laiya Beach Club, Beach Park and the Residential Village will be closed from July 2 to 4, 2014 (Wednesday to Friday), for General Maintenance and Service Works. All facilities will be closed and they will not be able to accept any visits.
It is best to avoid planning your trip during the mentioned period to avoid any inconvenience. Regular operating hours will proceed on July 5, 2014 (Saturday).
TRI UNITED 1 DEFENDING CHAMPIONS
Yellow swim caps will be given to those who topped their respective age groups in TriUnited 1. As defending champions in their respective age groups, they will wear these caps in the swim leg on race day.
TRI UNITED POINTS SERIES
Points will be awarded to the top 20 finishers (all Categories) of Tri United 1 (Standard Distance), Tri United 2 (Long Distance) and Tri United 3.
PARKING AREA
There are only limited parking slots at the event venue. Participants and guests may park their cars at the Playa Laiya Residential Village. There will be designated Jeepneys to shuttle people to and from the Playa Laiya Clubhouse for free. The shuttle service will be from 5:00am to 6:00am and 10:00am- onwards
ROAD CLOSURE ON RACE DAY (July 6, 2014, Sunday)
The Bike course will be closed to traffic from 6:00AM to 10:00AM while the Run course will be closed from 8:00AM to 11:00AM.
ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Registration and Race kit pick up will be at the PLAYA LAIYA CLUBHOUSE on SATURDAY, July 5, 2014 from 10:00AM to 6:00PM only. Personal appearance is REQUIRED for all race participants. A valid ID must be presented when claiming race kits. Race kits are non-transferable.
Bike check in will open at 2:00PM to 8:00PM. Your bikes must be at the transition area on Saturday.
TRI UNITED 2 EXPOTIQUE
The TriUnited 2 Expo will be on July 5, 2014 at the Playa Laiya Clubhouse. Visit the booth of your favorite sports brands from 10:00am until 6:00pm and avail of special discounts and promos.
Visit the ULAH booth for your Sports Nutrition needs. Get your Enervon Activ vitamins to help fight sports fatigue and help boost your stamina further. The ULAH Sports Gel in Berry Mix flavor is also available to help supply you with the needed fuel during your race. You may also purchase the Enervon HP chocolate powder. It will help you recover well after a race and is your source of protein to help build muscle mass.
ULAH Sports Apparel for Men and Women are also available at the event. Training and Competition singlet, Tech shirts and shorts will be for sale at very affordable prices.

TIMING CHIP
You will each be given a timing chip. Please be sure to securely attach it on your left or right ankle. We recommend that you use a safety pin to prevent the timing chip from sliding off.
Timing chips MUST be returned to the race officials at the finish line at the end of the event. You must also be responsible for turning in your chip should you decide to drop out of the race. There will be a charge of PHP 6,000 for lost timing chips.
AWARDING
The awarding ceremony will proceed at 11:30AM on Sunday at the ULAH Village beside the finish line.
