The usual suspects, headed by Rubeno Javier of Navy-Standard Insurance and Mirasol Abad of Team Sante Barley, dominated the 3rd leg of the Philippine Duathlon Series from start to finish. Javier finished the race comfortably 3 minutes ahead of Jeric Buhain of YellowCab-TriClark and a full minutes ahead of third placer Carlo Pedregosa.

In the women’s division, top duathlete Mirasol Abad of Team Sante Barley pushed the pace and finished in 2:07:15 and won against Miscelle Gilbuena and Nancy Papaya, who finished 2:09:23 and 2:19:34, respectively.
