Congratulations to all the winners and finishers of the 2015 Defy 123 Triathlon! A 1Km swim, 110 Km bike, and 12Km run under the intense heat of the Sun!

Men’s Overall
1st Mitch Robins = 3:53:28
2nd Emmanuel Comendador = 4:04:40
3rd Michael Acas = 4:07:33
Women’s Overall
1st Monica Torres = 4:11:33
2nd Lea Coline Langit = 4:21:44
3rd Maria Goc-Ong = 4:52:49
Despite LC Langit’s 4 minute gap on the swim, everyone knows that this is Monica Torres’ race to lose. Now a 3-time winner, Torres overtook Torres early on the bike and never looked back. Torres then delivered a devastating 56:55 12km run to seal the deal. Building a 10 minute lead and finishing the race in 4:11:33. Langit came in second with a 4:21:44 finish time followed by Maria Norisa Goc-Ong of Team Ideal Davao City, who came in third in 4:52:49.
In the men’s division, Mitch Robins of Team Red Cross was unchallenged from start to finish as he finished the 1km swim with a race best 14:40 and cruised to the finish with the only sub 4 time of the day. Finishing the race in 3:53:28. Emmanuel Comendador of Paseo de Loon and Michael Acas of Brite Dipolog wrapped up the men’s overall podium with a 4:04:40 and a 4:07:33 respectively.
