Let’s support this awesome endeavor, nation! Philippine Endurance Athletes, Lawyer Ingemar “Pinoy Aquaman” Macarine and Frank ‘The Legend’ Lacson, are embarking on a ‘Never done before’ challenge. Both will swim 10k from Grande Island to Barrio Barretto in support of Bike Safety Awareness and Bike Lanes in the Philippines.

Ingemar “Pinoy Aquaman” Macarine

These two experienced endurance athletes have pledged to swim from Grande Island, Morong Bataan at the mouth of Subic Bay, to the shores of Barrio Barretto, Olongapo City Zambales– A distance of roughly 10km in an open water swim, – in order to raise donations to help families who have lost love ones in bicycle accidents due to irresponsible motorists who have no respect for cyclists and the awareness of the monumental need for bicycle friendly roads in the country.
