Got the bike? Join the race! The Anytime Fitness Powerman PH Asian Invitational and Powerman PH World Series is open for Tri Bikes, Road Bikes, MTB’s, and Folding Bikes (foldies for short distance only)!

POWER TRAINING

TRAINING PROGRAM

The 24×24 Power Training Program is a 24 week indoor training plan designed by 2x Powerman champion Gael Le Bellec to transform individuals into race-ready Powermans! The program is composed of Indoor Run, Indoor Bike, Core and Weights Training designed to help you conquer not just 1 but 2 international duathlons this year– the Anytime Fitness Powerman PH Asian Invitational set on November 20, 2016 followed by The Powerman PH World Series in Clark, Pampanga, on December 3-4, 2016!

In partnership with Anytime Fitness, the training program will be available 24/7 for Powerman registrants via direct emailer, ideally to be performed at Anytime Fitness gyms. The 24×24 program includes monthly activation events to be held at select Anytime Fitness gyms and locations.
