His name was spotted by Vince Garcia at the photowall name collage of the participants at the race venue.

Rodrigo Duterte’s team name is Tribuddies of Tagum City. Tagum, officially the City of Tagum, or simply referred to as Tagum City, is a 1st class city and capital of the Davao del Norte, Philippines.
