WHAT: Langoy Pinoy 30-Minute Swim Challenge
WHERE: Vermosa Sports Hub. Imus, Cavite.

DISTANCE: As many laps as you can in 30 minutes
ORGANIZER:  Sante Lacuna Swim School

Swimmers vs swimmers. Triathletes vs triathletes. Masters vs Masters! Swimmers of all skill levels is invited to join this unique challenge by the Sante Lacuna Swim School.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. No swimming equipment or any buoyancy aids.
2. Lane assignments are distributed fairly and will be in accordance with challenger’s entered number of laps (changing/switching lanes is not allowed).
3. All challengers must follow a circle swimming pattern.
4. A maximum of 10 challengers per lane (5 on both ends).
5. Overtaking is allowed.

IN CASE OF A TIE

In the event that a tie happens between the top 2 or among the top 3 challengers, a 50-meter Freestyle swim-off is required.
