- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER March 18, 2020, will NOT be entertained.
Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.
Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and register online using the code given to you.

REGISTRATION REMINDERS

The deadline for registration is March 18, 2020, or until slots last.
Registration is non-transferable. Your registration payment and race bib cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual. Both athletes caught competing under someone else’s registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining Bike King races for a minimum period of two (2) years, at the sole discretion of Bike King.
Relay teams may change their relay team members once, for a nominal fee of P1,000. The deadline to change members including shirt size is on March 15, 2020. Between March 16 to April 10, 2020, you may still change your member once, for the same amount, but the shirt size may no longer be changed.
If you are unable to participate, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your purchased race giveaways.
Refund Policy:
- Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing via, email to [email protected]
- It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure that Bike King organizers have received any communication you send.
- If you do not receive a response from the race office within five (5) calendar days from your email request, it should be assumed that your request has not been received. Contact us again by sending another email to [email protected].
- Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
  - Any requests received on or before February 15, 2020, will be eligible for an 80% refund.
  - Any requests received between Feb 16 to March 15, 2020, will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Any requests received after March 15, 2020, will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

10+1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES

E-mail to [email protected] should include the ff:
- List of ten (10) of your online registered teammates/ group
- Full name, e-mail, and distance your 11th member is joining
Once verified, a BUNDLE 1 (registration fee only) online registration code will be sent for the 11th member.
11th member may use that code to register online for free.

Athletes must enter their Team affiliation upon registration. The time of the team will be the accumulated time of the top 5 members of the team with a minimum of 1 Female athlete.
