SBR.ph Is Growing — And Expanding Beyond the Finish Line

When we launched SBR.ph in 2011, we didn’t know exactly what it would become. We just knew we needed a space for triathletes in the Philippines to come together, share stories, and build something that didn’t exist yet.

Thirteen years later, SBR.ph has grown into more than just a race hub — it’s a part of who we are. And the people we’ve met along the way have shaped every part of it. But growth doesn’t always mean letting go. Sometimes, it just means building something new alongside what’s already working.

After years of quietly helping athletes, coaches, and race organizers buy, sell, and invest in properties, we’ve finally put it all together — and made it official.

Today, we’re launching BuySellLease.ph (BSL) — a sister platform to SBR.ph, created with the same discipline, values, and community mindset that brought us here.

Why Real Estate?

Athletes don’t just think about races. We think long-term — where we’ll live, where we’ll invest, where we’ll grow. After helping others in the sport do the same, it felt right to build a dedicated space for it.

We didn’t create BSL just to be another real estate site. We built it because we saw the gaps: too much noise, too many scams, not enough trust. And we knew we could do better. Just like in multisport, results only matter when they’re backed by process, clarity, and consistency.

BuySellLease.ph features verified listings from licensed brokers, direct property owners, and trusted developers. But more than that, it’s a clean, transparent platform for news, guides, and stories that help you make smarter real estate decisions — whether it’s your first home, an investment, or a property you’re finally ready to let go of.

If it’s going to have our name on it, it has to reflect the same commitment we bring to every race we organize, cover, or train for.
