The Duaman Duathlon 2025, proudly part of the Go For Gold SBR.ph Tri Series Presented by Vitargo, takes place on July 20, 2025, at the dynamic and scenic Clark Freeport Zone.

This run-bike-run event is tailored for athletes of all kinds—whether you’re new to multisport and ready to try your first duathlon, a young competitor excited to race, or an experienced athlete looking to push your limits and set a new personal record.

As the second race in the 2025 SBR.ph Tri Series, the Duaman Duathlon builds on the momentum of the season and offers a thrilling challenge to participants. With multiple categories, including Relay options, it’s a race designed to bring out the best in every athlete.

The Duaman Duathlon 2025 offers multiple race categories designed for athletes of all ages and experience levels. Compete individually or as part of a relay team, and aim to take home a trophy by conquering your age group!

Full Distance

• Distance: 6km Run – 20km Bike – 3km Run
• Male and Female Age Group Categories:
  • 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and above
• Awards: Trophies for the Top 3 finishers in each age group.

Lite Distance

• Distance: 3km Run – 15km Bike – 3km Run
• Male and Female Age Group Categories:
  • 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and above
• Awards: Trophies for the Top 3 finishers in each age group.

Duaman Relay (Full Distance Only)

• Distance: 6km Run – 20km Bike – 3km Run
• Category: Mixed (Compete as a team of two: one runner, one cyclist)
• Awards: Trophies for the Top 3 teams.

Age Group Calculation

To compute your age group, use the formula:
2025 - Year of Birth = Your Age Group
Example: 2025 - 1985 = 40
