The Triman Triathlon 2025, proudly part of the Go For Gold SBR.ph Tri Series Presented by Vitargo, takes place on August 24, 2025, at the state-of-the-art Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub.

The Triman Triathlon 2025 offers a variety of race categories tailored for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re competing individually or as part of a team, there’s a race for everyone. Take on the challenge and aim for the top of your age group or relay category!

Full Distance

Distance: 600m Swim – 30km Bike – 5km Run
Male and Female Age Group Categories:
15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and above
Awards: Medals for the Top 3 finishers in each age group

Lite Distance

Distance: 300m Swim – 20km Bike – 2.5km Run
Male and Female Age Group Categories:
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and above
Awards: Medals for the Top 3 finishers in each age group

TriKids

Distances and Age Groups:

• 7-8 Years Old: 100m Swim – 5km Bike – 1km Run
• 9-10 Years Old: 100m Swim – 5km Bike – 1km Run
• 11-12 Years Old: 300m Swim – 10km Bike – 2.5km Run
• 13-14 Years Old: 300m Swim – 10km Bike – 2.5km Run

Male and Female Age Group Categories:
7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14
Awards: Medals for the Top 3 finishers in each age group

Relay (Full Distance Only)

Distance: 600m Swim – 30km Bike – 5km Run
Category: Mixed (Compete as a team of two: one swimmer, one cyclist, one runner)
Awards: Medals for the Top 3 teams
