Here we go, SBR.ph Nation! To help everyone deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are launching a series weekly run and ride workout sessions online to help everyone stay fit and more importantly, stay ready!

Why Stay Ready?

“If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready”. That’s the best quote that we can find to explain our mantra. Once everything returns to normal, we’ll get out of this stronger, faster, and fitter!

Why Zwift?

Zwift currently is the only platform where it’s possible to arrange group runs and rides in an organized way.

What do I need for Zwift?

For cycling: You will be needing a bike (obviously), a trainer (a smart trainer or a dumb trainer), and a device for zwift to run on. If you’re using a dumb trainer, your bike has be equipped with speed / cadence sensors.

For running: Using a supported treadmill, a supported footpod, supported watch,  smart shoes, or treadmill sensor is what transmits data to Zwift and lets you run in-game.

What if I don’t have Zwift?

We will also broadcast the workout via livestream so you can tune in and join the fun! We are just looking for the optimal device for everyone.

HOW TO JOIN (Zwift App is Required)
1) Install Zwift and Zwift Companion App and add (Carlos de Guzman SWIMBIKERUN.ph)
2) Put your name in the comments section of the event post or DM us so we can send you an official invite.
3) Log in at least 15 minutes before the start of the meet-up to sort out unexpected in-game problems.
4) Wait for the “JOIN MEET UP” to show up, usually 5 minutes prior to the start of the meetup.
