Compressport Tri Club Challenge | Race Results and Review

There’s just something about short distance races that gets our adrenaline pumping… and the recently concluded Compressport Tri Club Challenge did just that.

We were invited by The Brick Multisport Store (who were celebrating their 5th year anniversary), to be part of their relay team for this event. What better way to cover an event than to join it right? To those who joined SBR.ph’s Triman Triathlon, the course is basically the same except the swim is shorter and the bike is a counter clockwise loop.

Unison, exclusive distributor of Compressport in the Philippines, surely did not skimp on this event. The event was loaded with goodies. For 2k a pop (8k registration fee per 4 person team), participants get their very own custom Compressport Calf Sleeves. But it’s after crossing the finish line that you get to see the amount of goodies in store for everyone. Everyone got a custom ON nutrition towel, free tea from Infinitea, and tons of other giveaways from the event sponsors. The shirt and medal looks cool too!

Being a super sprint distance race, there was ZERO pacing at all from the athletes. If you want to win, pacing is not an option! Which is exactly what the event is all about.

Congratulations to everyone and see y’all next year!

SBR.ph Team

A triathlete making a comeback and a true blue Scorpio. That sums it up quite nicely :)
