The Aquaman Aquathlon 2023 is the first part of the SBR.ph Tri Series Trilogy and has various distances; The FULL Distance (800m Swim / 5k Run) and the LITE Category (400m Swim / 2.5k Run). The race also features AQUAKIDS category for kids 7 to 14 years old!
This challenging race combines swimming and running, and is perfect for those who love the water and want to test their endurance and speed. The Aquaman Aquathlon has always been a fan favorite in the SBR.ph Tri Series, with its beautiful course and fast-paced action!

COURSE MAPS
AQUAMAN SWIM – All Aquaman Aquathlon 2023 FULL and LITE participants will start on Lane 8 and will be released via our signature Age Group Mass Starts. Take note that as participants, it’s your duty to know the course and keep track of your laps. Participants will start on the right most side of the pool, complete the required laps (8 laps per 400m). After finishing their set, swimmers will turn left and then turn left again towards the transition area. Aquaman FULL (800m) will do the swim course twice while Aquaman LITE (400m) participants will only do it once.
Aquakids 11-14 (300m) will start on Lane 5 while Aquakids 7-10 (100m) starts on Lane 1.
AQUAMAN RUN – 1 lap only for all race distances! We made this as easy as possible. 😉
After exiting the transition area, Aquamans will turn left at Champions Loop, turn right at Vermosa Boulevard and make a U-turn at their designated turnaround points. U-turn for Aquakids 7-10 years old will be just along Champions Loop.
Finish line will be along Champions Loop right beside the transition area!
Be prepared for unpredictable weather conditions! It can be hot and humid, or windy and/or rainy in an instant! Aid stations will be provided along the course so make sure you stay hydrated!
Here are the turnaround points for each category.
– FULL Participants (5k) will u-turn at the 2.5k mark.
– LITE Participants (2.5k) will u-turn at the 1.25k mark.
– Aquakids 11-14 (2k) will u-turn at the 1k mark.
– Aquakids 7-10 (600m) will u-turn at the 300m mark.

- Registration of athletes who signed up for the SBR.ph Tri Series 2020 (Aquaman Aquathlon, Duaman Duathlon, Triman Triathlon, SBR.ph Tri Series Tri Pack) are still valid and active and automatically deferred to the 2023 edition.
- Should you wish to transfer your registration to another participant, just send us an email at email at [email protected].
- You are free to sell or transfer your entry to another participant at no extra charge. You can request for the transfer AT ANY TIME via our registration portal during the registration period.

NOTES
- The deposit slip and message body details SHOULD MATCH.
- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made.
- If you do not receive a code from SBR.ph within 5 calendar days, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another by email or contacting us via social media.
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER the registration deadline will NOT be entertained and will be refunded subject to the schedule advised by the organizer AFTER THE RACE.
- Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register online.
- Your name will be added to the start list only after you have successfully paid the correct amount of the race category you are joining and register online using the code given to you.
- Keep a copy of your deposit slip for safekeeping.
REGISTRATION NOTES
- Entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-applicable to future races. Athletes caught competing under someone else’s registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining any SBR.ph organized races for a minimum period of three (3) years, at the sole discretion of the race director and SBR.ph.
- If you are unable to participate, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race kit and giveaways with a minimum of 3 days AFTER THE RACE (subject to availability).
- Force Majeure. In the event of cancellation or of definitive interruption of the competition for any reason outside the control of the Organizers, and in particular, a cancellation due to any case of force majeure, due to any decisions by public authorities ( in particular for reasons of public health, of safety or of preserving public order ) due to any risks of bad weather or bad weather conditions at the time of the event, the Organizer will incur no liability whatsoever in regard to the competitors and registration fees will not be reimbursed, and will not be applied to future races. The competitors hereby renounce any reclamation right of request for repayment whatsoever, either in the case of a cancellation or of a definitive interruption of the event.
- Race numbers are non-transferable.
- We strictly enforce a NO HELMET / NO RACE POLICY. There will be NO REFUND as well should you not be able to race (For the Duaman Duathlon and Triman Triathlon).
- ALL TYPES OF BIKES ARE ALLOWED (fixies must have front and rear brakes installed).
