Additionally, the watch offers individualized Sleep Messages co-developed with the National Sleep Foundation, providing detailed feedback about users’ sleep health each morning.
To aid users in making positive changes to their sleep habits, the Enhanced Sleep Coaching feature provides tailored instructions, tips, and reminders accessible on the watch and paired smartphone. Moreover, the Galaxy Watch6 can create an optimal sleep environment by automatically adjusting connected home electronics and activating Sleep Mode to mute notifications, dim screens, and deliver health insights using the invisible LED infrared sensor.

The Galaxy Watch6 and Galaxy Watch6 Classic are now available for pre-order in select markets starting July 26, with general availability commencing on August 18. For a more premium, timeless timepiece, the Galaxy Watch6 Classic is available in Black and Silver 43mm and 47mm.
