The Triman Triathlon 2024 is almost here! 
With race day on September 22, we want to ensure that you’re ready for the big event. Here’s the full schedule and important information for the weekend. Make sure you’re ready to go, and let’s make Triman 2024 a race to remember! 
WAVE START TIMES
Here’s the official wave schedule for the Triman Triathlon 2024! Make sure to take note of your start time to ensure a smooth and timely race day experience. Whether you’re part of the Trikids, Full Distance, or Lite Distance, we’ve got all your waves covered. Make sure you arrive early, double-check your wave time, and be ready to give it your best!
COURSE MAPS
Note : It’s every athlete’s responsibility to know the course and count their own loops. So stay focused throughout the race and remember your loop count. Do not let a spectator, another participant or a marshal decide your race for you.
SWIM COURSE
Triman Triathlon 2024 swim course! Full and Lite participants will be released in our signature mass start wave (age groupings and release times will be posted separately). Trikids will be released by age group as well but 5 participants at a time.
*RELAY: the other relay team members must wait for their teammate at the transition area.
BIKE COURSE
Triman Triathlon 2024 bike course! The bike course is our classic loop ride which goes around the perimeter of Fontana and Clark. Upon exiting T1, you will be greeted by a fast, long, and enjoyable straight downhill section and then a slight incline as you head back. The race is draft legal. There is also no aid station on the bike course so make sure to bring enough drinks with you.
– TRIKIDS 7-8, 9-10: will do 1 loop (earlier u-turn) see map for U-turn point.
RUN COURSE
Triman Triathlon 2024 run course! After the bike, athletes will run loops around the scenic and very homey atmosphere of Fontana Leisure Park before heading to the finish line. The run course is mostly shaded and relatively flat except for some short uphill sections. There will be plenty of aid stations here so be sure to take advantage of it! We designed this course to be as spectator friendly as possible so athletes can feel like rockstars!

TRANSITION FLOW
Triman Triathlon 2024 transition flow! The transition area is a one way traffic flow which will separate those coming from the swim (to bike), from the bike (to run), and from the run (to the finish line). Please make sure to double check and memorize your spot in the transition area.

FINISHER MEDAL
Proudly presenting the official finisher medal for the Triman Triathlon 2024! This is the 3rd leg of the SBR.ph Tri Series 2024 Powered by Go For Gold! 💙 Combine it with the Aquaman Aquathlon and Duaman Duathlon medals to form a stunning star-shaped trifecta!
Both FULL and LITE distance finishers will receive a medal!
FINISHER SHIRT
TRIFECTA
Registrants of the Tri-Pack and finishers of all three races are entitled to get the exclusive SBR.ph Tri Series Trifecta Shirt! The shirt will NOT be for sale and will be available only to Tri-Pack registrants and finishers.
They will also have a special lane during race kit claiming and post-race for the ultimate premium experience.

- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made.
- If you do not receive a code from SBR.ph within 5 calendar days, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another by email or contacting us via social media.
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER the registration deadline will NOT be entertained and will be refunded subject to the schedule advised by the organizer AFTER THE RACE.
- Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register online.
- Your name will be added to the start list only after you have successfully paid the correct amount of the race category you are joining and register online using the code given to you.
- Keep a copy of your deposit slip for safekeeping.
