Event Registration Policy

Please defer to the registration schedule posted on each event page for registration period as well as registration deadlines.

EVENT REFUND PROCEDURE

60 days before registration deadline, 50% of registration fee.
30 days before registration deadline, 25% of registration fee.
No more refund after the 30th day deadline.
Your refund % is determined not by when you registered, but by the time table indicated above which is based on the registration deadline.
Refunds will no longer be allowed under any circumstance after the event registration deadline.
Registration portal processing are not refundable.

All refund requests must be confirmed by the deadlines provided and requested via email to the event specific email.

TRANSFER SLOT TO ANOTHER PERSON

Slot transfers to another person can be accepted at anytime during the registration period.
Transfer fee of Php 500 will be collected as processing fee.
Transfers will not longer be allowed under any circumstance after the event registration deadline.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER RACE CATEGORY

Race category transfers can be accepted at anytime during the registration period.
Transfer fee of Php 500 will be collected as processing fee.
Should there be a difference in cost when upgrading to a longer category, the participant will shoulder the difference on top of the transfer fee.
Should there be a difference in cost when downgrading to a shorter category, the participant will not be eligible to receive the price difference from the organizer and must still pay the transfer fee.
Transfers will not longer be allowed under any circumstance after the event registration deadline.

DEFERRING TO NEXT YEAR’S RACE

Athletes are eligible to defer their registration to the same event in the following year at no additional cost. All deferral requests must be requested and confirmed 30 days prior to the event registration deadline. If any additional purchases were made with your registration, these items will not be deferred with your entry.
Deferrals will not longer be allowed under any circumstance after the event registration deadline.
Deferral forfeits your right to any kind of refund, or transfer to another person.
Deferral of your slot on this race is only applicable to next year’s edition.
Your deferred slot is no longer eligible for re-transfer in case of force majeure.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of cancellation or of definitive interruption of the competition for any reason outside the control of the Organizers, and in particular, a cancellation due to any case of force majeure, due to any decisions by public authorities ( in particular for reasons of public health, of safety or of preserving public order ) due to any risks of bad weather or bad weather conditions at the time of the event, the Organizer will incur no liability whatsoever in regard to the competitors and registration fees will not be reimbursed, and will not be applied to future races. The competitors hereby renounce any reclamation right of request for repayment whatsoever, either in the case of a cancellation or of a definitive interruption of the event.

I was injured before the event, can I get a refund? Can I defer to next year’s race?

As long your request was done before the refund timeline posted above, you can avail of the refund. Request beyond the registration deadline, your kit and the rest of the race collaterals are already made and named after you. You may opt to claim your race kit and collaterals at least 1 week after the race. Shipping fee to be shouldered by the participant.

I got sick / injured and cannot participate. Can I get a refund? How about a deferral to next year?

Why can’t I get my registration fee in full?

Please understand that as the race draws near, the funds that you paid for your registration has already been used for race supplies, permits and any other expenses that the organizer will use in producing the event.
