DISTANCE(S)

• Standard Distance: 1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run (Individual and Team Relay)
• Sprint Distance: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
• Super Sprint Distance: 500m swim, 13km bike, 2.5km run (13 to 15 years old only)

• Super Sprint Distance: 13-15 Boys & Girls Only
• Sprint Distance: 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over – Men & Women
• SD Male Age Groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55 & over
• SD Female Age Groups: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40 & over
• Team Relay (SD): All Male, All Female & Mixed Team
