August 3, 2024 (Saturday) – Cycles and Brew:

– 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.: Race Kit & Timing Chip Claiming

– 5:30 P.M.: Race Briefing (Live and Online)

August 4, 2024 (Sunday) – Clark Freeport Zone:

– 3:30 A.M.: Transition Open / Bike Check-In (Expo Area)

– 5:30 A.M.: Transition Close (Expo Area)

– 5:45 A.M.: Race Briefing (Expo Area)

– 6:00 A.M.: Race Start (Start Arch)

– 9:30 A.M.: Awarding / Bike Check-Out (Expo Area)

– 12:00 P.M.: End of Race

Important Reminders:

– You must check in your bike before 5:30 A.M else you won’t be able to race.

– Late entries will not be allowed into the transition area once the race begins.

– Bike check-out will start at 9:30 A.M.

COURSE MAPS

Official race start / finish will be at the Parade Grounds of Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga! We made the course as simple as possible so everyone can have a fast and fun race! There will be uphill segments on the course so make sure to be ready for it!

As always, please note that while the course will be marked, it is the athlete’s responsibility to know the race course.

RUN COURSE

FULL DISTANCE (6k Run – 20k Bike – 3k Run)
– Run 1 = turnaround at 1.5k mark(2 loops)
– Run 2 = turnaround at 1.5k

LITE DISTANCE (3k Run – 10k Bike – 3k Run)
– Run 1 = turnaround at 1.5k
– Run 2 = turnaround at 1.5k

BIKE COURSE

FULL DISTANCE (20k Bike)
– Bike = turnaround at 5k (2 loops)

LITE DISTANCE (10k Bike)

NOTES

- The deposit slip and message body details SHOULD MATCH.
- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made.
- If you do not receive a code from SBR.ph within 5 calendar days, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another by email or contacting us via social media.
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER the registration deadline will NOT be entertained and will be refunded subject to the schedule advised by the organizer AFTER THE RACE.
- Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register online.
- Your name will be added to the start list only after you have successfully paid the correct amount of the race category you are joining and register online using the code given to you.
- Keep a copy of your deposit slip for safekeeping.
