• We are unable to guarantee specific room types with requested bed set-up and location; however a sincere effort will be made to accommodate your participant’s needs.
• Rooms and other incidentals shall be billed to the participants of the event on personal account.
• Participants and organizers of the event can avail of the contracted rate upon reservation using the reservation code: Aboitiz Power Tour of Subic – TBK-5182013 at Court Meridian Hotel & Suites – Sales Department.
• A reservation letter will be sent to all participants who made reservations for the event and details on how to make payment will be indicated.
• We hope to receive full payment as defined by the reservation letter sent to the participant for the booking made on or before the given option date or deadline of payment. Indefinite reservation will be classified as tentative reservation and shall automatically be cancelled by 3:00 PM of the given option date or deadline of payment without further notice.
• Only guaranteed/paid reservations can be confirmed in writing and will be sent a confirmation letter.
• One (1) complimentary room accommodation in the form of gift certificate for the Aboitiz Power Tour of Subic Event will be extended to the event organizer Team Bike King  for every 40 guaranteed/paid reservation made by the event participants on the event date May 17-19, 2013.
• Php1,000.00 cash deposit for the key and mini bar shall be collected upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.

• Notice of changes on any of foregoing arrangements and terms should be communicated to the undersigned at least fourteen (14) days before the arrival. Confirmation of changes will depend on the availability of requested resources or its alternatives.
• Court Meridian Hotel & Suites / Innasia Corporation will not be liable for any failure to comply with this agreement beyond management’s control or fortuitous events.
• No refund or rebooking shall be entertained from participants of the event on or before the given option date for any payment made.

Cancellation Policies:

• No cancellation fee will be charged in case cancellation of booking is made into writing at least seven (7) days before the arrival date. There will be no refund of the pre-payment of the cancelled booking. Any prepaid amount may instead be credited to any future booking valid within three (3) months from date of cancellation.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to fifty (50%) percent of the total room charge/s shall be billed to the client if cancellation is made six (6) days before the reserved date. The said cancellation fee may be deducted from any pre-payment and any remaining amount may be credited to any future booking valid within three (3) months from date of cancellation.
• A cancellation fee of equivalent to one hundred (100%) percent of the room charge/s shall be billed to the client if the cancellation is made five (5) to one (1) day/s before the reserved date or on the day of the reserved date. There shall be no refund for any pre-payment made and no offsetting for any future booking will be entertained.
• A no show fee equivalent to one hundred (100%) percent on the total room charge/s will be billed for a NO SHOW on the client’s guest. There shall be no refund for any pre-payment made and no offsetting for any future booking will be entertained.
