See the list below for a quick run-down of frequently asked questions sent to us and answers from DEFY 123’s race director, Guy Conception.

Hello! Where can we see more details about this race? We plan to join the relay category. It would really help to have more information about this.

All relevant info can be found at the DEFY website: www.defytri.com

What are the guidelines for the relay?

Two or three person relays are allowed.  There is only one relay category.  We have a new relay concept in which the bike leg can be shared by relay members (i.e. each person does 1-bike loop each or 55k per person).  For now, these shared bike legs do not count for podium results.

Is it mandatory to have a female in the team?

It is required that Tri teams who sign up for the team competition to have seven names submitted, including two women. Crossing the finish line, the team must have at least four members finish, including one female.

When is the gun time for the relay?

There is only one gun time for all.  10am.

Where can we see a map of the routes?

Route maps can be found at www.defytri.com

Where can we claim our race packets?

Race packets can be picked up during race registration at the Bellevue Resort, Bohol starting at 12n Oct 12 Saturday (race day eve).
